BRINGELLY Sports Club has three of its five netball teams eligible to play finals this season.
Bringelly plays in the Camden & District Netball Association competitions at Kirkham Park, Elderslie.
Bringelly club president Julie Sligar said the club's fourth division open women's green team, its cadet age team (15 to 17 age group) Kryptonite, and its fifth division women's open age team, Foxes, are finals-bound.
The other two teams which are eligible to play finals, their under-12 Roses and open age women's white teams, look like missing out.
Bringelly also has three under-8 teams which play Netta social netball, with games played on grass courts with smaller posts.
``The finals start on Saturday, August 14,'' Sligar said. ``Having three teams in finals contention is a good effort.'' Bringelly has eight teams and 72 registered players.
Sligar said under 12s Roses' player Shannon Rossiter epitomises what the club is about.
``Shannon is a very good netballer and has been with the club for five years,'' Sligar said.
``She is a very determined person and been with us since she played Netta.''
