Power of love inspires performance

28 Jul, 2010 12:00 AM
ABOUT 30 local people with disabilities put their dancing shoes on and shone under the spotlight in a performance at Casula Powerhouse.

Junction Works, a not-for-profit organisation, put together a community project to give participants the opportunity to express themselves to their loved ones.

A choir, dancers, drummers and poets were unified by the theme of love and acceptance.

Junction Works aims to reduce disadvantage and poverty among people in marginalised communities.
